How it works

WattsPlaza connects owners and developers of energy projects with investors and buyers, with structured access to project data, grid connection information and documents.

For buyers and investors

  1. Find projects

Without an account you can browse every project above 1 MW in the public registers: capacity, county, technology, stage and location. Filter or search by company, tax ID, substation or plain words, for example “storage Constanța over 50 MW”.

  2. Unlock the project page

With a subscription you unlock the full project page: the holder and its company data, available financials, the connection substation and who else is queuing there, estimated generation and revenue, and the register history. Pages you unlock stay in your account after your subscription ends.

  3. Request contact

For projects listed for sale, send a contact request with your company, indicative budget and decision timeline. It is not a binding offer and needs no NDA upfront. If the seller accepts, both sides receive each other's contact details at the same time.

  4. Data room

Once a request is accepted, the parties share a data room for the project. Documents are viewed and downloaded under the confidentiality undertaking; the seller sees every download and can withdraw any document. Negotiation and closing happen directly between the parties.

For sellers and developers

  1. Find your project

If your project has a grid connection permit (ATR), it is already here, taken from the grid operators' registers and the official list of permit holders. Search for it by your company's tax ID.

  2. Claim it

Create an account with your company's tax ID. If it matches the holder in the public registers, the project is assigned to you automatically; otherwise, send us supporting documents and we verify them.

  3. List it

Listing is free. Set an asking price and add the project details. Where the public registers are incomplete or out of date, you can update them; your figures are shown next to the register data, clearly marked.

  4. Handle requests

You receive requests from potential buyers with their company, indicative budget and decision timeline. You decide which to answer, and you open the data room through the platform.
